Every comic remembers their first good set — mine wasn’t on a stage, it was at a cousin’s wedding. The mic wasn’t working, the baraatis were louder than the DJ, and in the middle of all that chaos, I cracked a joke on the groom’s dancing skills. People laughed. Then I threw a one-liner shayari on his love story:“Jo dikh raha tha woh pyaar nahi tha…Jo छुपा रहा था वही सच्चा इश्क़ था.”And the crowd went: “Wah wah!”That’s when I realized — I didn’t want to just tell jokes, I wanted to talk to people.Since then, my style evolved into what it is today — a mix of crowdwork and shayari. I don’t just perform for the audience, I play with them — live, unpredictable, and real. My sets aren’t rehearsed word-for-word because the real script is written in the moment — with the crowd’s energy.Whether it’s a corporate show, college fest, or private event, I bring the audience into the spotlight — tease them, talk to them, rhyme about them — and make every seat in the room feel like front row.Recently at a show, I spoke to a guy sitting in the front row — IT engineer, single, introvert.
